The fifth annual Pre-Season Invitational presented by Elite Sportswear & Awards will be held Sunday, September 4 and Monday, September 5 at Servus Place in St. Albert, as the Oil Kings welcome the Swift Current Broncos, Prince George Cougars, Medicine Hat Tigers, Calgary Hitmen and Red Deer Rebels for exhibition action.

The Oil Kings will then play a pair of games against the Cougars the following weekend. The teams will square off on Friday, September 9 in Prince George and then head back to Alberta for an Oil Kings-hosted game on Saturday, September 10 in Jasper.
