Oil Kings Announce Trade

Edmonton Oil Kings General Manager Bob Green announced the trade of import forward Robin Soudek to the Chilliwack Bruins.
The Oil Kings receive a 4th round pick in the 2011 WHL Bantam Draft in return for the 19 year old from Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic.
Soudek, has played two season for the Oil Kings, compiling 37 points (18 G, 19 A) in 124 games plus he added a goal and an assist in his WHL playoff debut in 2009 against the Calgary Hitmen.
“The Oil Kings thank Robin for his time and commitment he put into our team, and we wish him all the best with the Bruins,” says Green.
Up next for the Oil Kings is the 2010 CHL Import Draft on June 30th, where they hold the 4th pick overall.
