Donations & Player Appearances
The Edmonton Oil Kings Hockey Club is pleased to support worthwhile charitable and minor sport organizations in the capital region. To request an appearance by the Oil Kings team mascot, players, or a charitable donation, please send a letter outlining your request at least four weeks prior to your event via fax or general mail to:

All appearance and/or donation request letters must meet the following criteria:
- Typed on the organizations letterhead
- Outline the organizations goals and objectives
- Description of the event(s)
- Outline the use of the donation items, players, or mascot requested
Only those organizations that have been selected to receive donation items or player/mascot appearances will be contacted. The Edmonton Oil Kings attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible, however demand is high, and not all requests can be met.
Minor Hockey Donation Requests
The Edmonton Oil Kings Hockey Club is committed to providing support to Minor Hockey Associations in the capital region sponsorship of various minor hockey initiatives.
Requests for donations for amateur hockey fund–raising can be sent to the address above at least four weeks prior to the event:
Please include the name of the team or minor hockey association, date of the event and a complete return address. Please note Email and over the phone requests will not be accepted.
Signed Merchandise
The Edmonton Oil Kings Hockey Club does not accept any items to be signed by our players. Please do not forward your merchandise to us for autographing. The items are important to you and we appreciate your enthusiasm. To avoid the inconvenience of lost or misplaced items, it is our policy to return items unsigned.
If you are interested in getting an item signed, you can do so at our public autograph session or a player appearance. All autograph signing opportunities will be listed on our website, check back often for upcoming information.
